These terms govern your use of WrestleVault, a trading-card scanning and collection-tracking app for wrestling card collectors, available on the web and as an iOS/Android app.
By creating an account or using WrestleVault, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, don't use the app.
WrestleVaultlets you photograph trading cards for AI-assisted identification, track your collection and its estimated market value, build wishlists, watch prices, and work toward completing sets and parallel “rainbow” runs. Card identification is powered by an AI vision model and is provided as a best-effort estimate — it can be wrong, and you're always able to correct a misidentified card. Market value estimates are pulled from third-party pricing sources and are estimates, not appraisals or guarantees of what a card will actually sell for.
You need an account (email and password) to use WrestleVault. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to lawfully use the service in your jurisdiction; WrestleVault is not directed at children under 13.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen — see our Privacy Policy for what that removes.
WrestleVault offers a free tier (your first 5card scans) and paid subscription plans that unlock the rest of the app's features plus a weekly AI-scan allowance that resets every week. Additional scan credits can also be purchased separately and never expire. As of this writing, the plans are billed at $3.99/week, $9.99/month, or $99.99/year — pricing is shown in the app and may change; the price you actually agree to is whatever is presented at checkout.
On iOS and Android, subscriptions are purchased, billed, and renewed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, not directly by WrestleVault. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and request refunds, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — WrestleVaultdoes not process cancellations or refunds directly and is subject to Apple's and Google's own subscription, renewal, and refund policies.
On the web, subscription purchases are processed through Stripe. The same cancel-anytime principle applies; billing and refunds on web purchases are handled through that payment flow rather than the App Store or Play Store.
Any free-trial or introductory-price terms shown at checkout are governed by the terms shown at that time.
You agree not to:
When you photograph a card and upload it to WrestleVault, you're representing that it's a photo you actually took, of a physical card you own or otherwise have the right to photograph — not an image pulled from an eBay listing, another collector's post, a price guide, or anywhere else online. Uploading someone else's photo instead of your own violates these terms, and it's likely a copyright problem on your end, not ours.
You're solely responsible for what you upload — its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness. WrestleVaultdoesn't review every photo before it's stored, and we're not liable for content you submit.
As described in our Privacy Policy, a photo from one of your confirmed scans may occasionally be shown to another collector as a reference photo for that same card variation, if the catalog doesn't yet have one of its own. By confirming a scan, you grant WrestleVault the limited permission needed to use that photo for that specific purpose.
WrestleVaultis an independent, unofficial collector's tool. It identifies and catalogs trading cards by the manufacturer, product line, and wrestler names printed on them, purely to identify and describe those physical cards for collectors — the same kind of nominative use found on eBay, PSA, Beckett, and similar marketplace and price-guide sites. WrestleVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card manufacturer or wrestling promotion named or depicted in the app. See our full Trademark & Copyright Attributions page for the specific companies and marks referenced in the catalog and who actually owns them.
WrestleVault's own name, logo, and app design are our property. You may not use them without our permission.
WrestleVaultis provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Card identification and pricing estimates are generated by AI models and third-party data sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — do not rely on them as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, insurance, or valuation decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrestleVault and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including losses related to inaccurate card identification or pricing estimates.
You may stop using WrestleVault and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of WrestleVault after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@wrestlevault.net.
This page is a good-faith draft for App Store and Play Store review, provided by the WrestleVault team.It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, and hasn't been reviewed by one — treat it as a starting point for your own legal review, not a finished legal document.
Scan it. Track it. Vault it.
Built by collectors who were sick of guessing what their own boxes were worth.
